1. Introduction

Based on Faraday’s law, the Mizuken Electromagnetic Descaler creates an induced electric field inside the pipe. With a continuous oscillation frequency of 2.2 – 77 kHz, the Mizuken Electromagnetic Descaler provides appropriate energy to ionize water and other scale substances such as: Ca, Mg, Si, Fe, Mn to prevent them from accumulating on the inner wall of the pipe.

Electromagnetic oscillations will provide energy to break down water molecules, releasing electrons from hydrogen. These electrons will act as a catalyst to allow the sediment to precipitate and neutralize the charge and the precipitates formed will not accumulate on the pipe wall but will be discharged through the bottom drain valve.
