Cleaning Principle of Pulse cooling channel cleaning machine:

Mizuken-pulse cooling channel cleaning machine operation base on principle mixed high speed, high pressure between 70% water “pressure 0.20.65MPa” and 30% air “pressure 0.71MPa” for creating physical pulse turbulent flow and air bubbles for dissolving scales. Fully automatic cleaning machine, inside the water pipe, it will be continuously cleaned in 2 directions (positive, opposite direction) to completely remove rust, hard scales to the outside.

Cleaning time from 30 minute to 120 minute for a mold or equipment.
No need take down mold on machine, no need assembly and disassembly mold, and only quickly connect in-out between mold and machine.

Cleaning for 3D mold with complex water channel structure.
Cleaning for Jet-Cooling with inside diamenter from in the die casting fields.
Cleaning fluid: Clean water ( Can use addition 2-3% acid sulfamic NH2S03H in the case which had hard scale).
